The State Treasury Information System (ST IS) was set into real operation on January 1, 2004. Since this date, the most of public finances has been realized using this information system.
QBSW has been playing a significant role in realization of the ST IS. QBSW has delivered and constantly maintains and supports key software modules supporting public finances administration and management. Nowadays, QBSW information systems administer bank accounts of more than thousand active clients of the State Treasury (ST) and support realization of inter-bank payment settlement for all budgetary and contributory organizations, and funds connected to the state budget. Moreover, these systems provide realization of ST client’s expenditure cycle and so pursue proper execution of budgetary funds. QBSW systems are a significant source of information for effective debt and liquidity management as well.
